Starting September 2025, Sundown Greenvale will officially rebrand to Sno-Haus and the Sundown Greenvale family will take over operations of two existing Sno-Haus locations in Huntington and Hempstead.

This is more than a name change — it’s the next chapter in a shared story rooted in a love for winter sports, quality gear, and exceptional service.

Sno-Haus has been outfitting generations of skiers and snowboarders since 1959.

For decades, it’s been a trusted name across Long Island, built by passionate experts who care deeply about helping customers enjoy the outdoors safely and in style. We’re honored to become stewards of that legacy.

At the same time, we’re incredibly proud of what Sundown Greenvale has become. Since opening our doors, we've served thousands of local families and lifelong skiers with the dedication and attention to detail. The relationships we’ve built — with our customers and our community — are at the heart of everything we do. That won’t change.

By rebranding to Sno-Haus and bringing the existing Sno-Haus locations under our umbrella, we’re now the largest network of ski and snowboard shops on Long Island, giving you a larger selection and more expertise under one roof — or three, to be exact.

So while our name will change, our commitment won’t. The same team will be here to help  and we’re excited to continue the journey with you — Now as Sno-Haus
